Put your mouse on CONTACTS and then click on “View/Edit Contacts”. Then find the contact you want to stop receiving your email campaign (we have a “Search Contacts” capability if desired. When you find your contact click on their name which will take you to see “Contact Details”.

From the “Contact Details” page, in the lower right hand corner you will see “Mail Status” … click on that and then you will see an option to “Cancel pending emails”.

Your Email: 

Kingdom Wealth Alliance has its own email system that allows you to email up to 30,000 emails per month. If you need more than 30,000 emails, we also integrate with AWeber and Get Response as well as you can use Zapier to integrate virtually any 3rd party email system.

To integrate with Zapier, put your mouse on CONTACTS and then choose Zapier under the CONTACT TOOLS section.

Your Email: 

You can email 30,000 Emails per month. Unlike other email programs, you are NOT charged to email your contacts and most other systems will charge you more based on how many contacts you have. To see when your 30,000 Limit renews each month, put your mouse on CONTACTS then select “VIEW/EDIT CONTACTS” then click on TOOLS. In the upper right hand corner of that page you will see your Email Statistics.

Hover over “Contacts” in the KWA Admin Area, click on “Automated Holiday Messages” (under the red Communicate With Contacts” Header) and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also create your own Holiday Message by clicking on the “Create New Event” button.

  1. Hover over “Contacts” in your KWA Admin Area and click on “Add Email Campaign” (under the red Communicate With Contacts Header).
  2. Click the blue “Instructional Video” button to watch the tutorial.
  3. Close the Instructional Video window and begin creating your campaign.

Before forwarding your GoDaddy and NameCheap domains (“with masking”) you will have to create sub-domains based on your domain, and then connect those sub-domains to the various Lead Capture Pages available to you in your KWA Admin Area. To create sub-domains log into the KWA Admin Area, hoave over “Websites/Domains” and click on “Create/Manage Sub-Domains” (under the red Domains/Sub-Domains Header on the right side of the page). After creating your sub-domain links, contact GoDaddy and NameCheap Tech Support and ask them to assist you with forwarding your domains “with masking” (VERY IMPORTANT) to your various KWA sub-domain links.

Your Email: 

To protect our Email Deliverability (so our IP Addresses are not ‘Blacklisted’), we do not allow Contact Lists to be imported into your Contact Manager.

Your Email: 

You do not need a new Gmail Account to set up GMail Direct Send. Before setting up GMail Direct Send, be sure that you are not logged into any GMail Account. As you follow the Gmail Direct Send setup instructions, where ever you are asked to log into your Gmail Account be sure to copy/paste the links in the insturctions into your Active Gmail Window, as opposed to clicking on the link in the instructions.

Because your emails orignate from either our or AWeber’s Email Servers (depending on your Aweber Settings in the PLS Admin Area), and are then being ‘relayed’ to Gmail. We have no control over Gmail’s policies which are designed to protect their Users. The only thing you can do is manually click ‘Looks safe’ on each email. Your Email: 

If you earned at least $600.00 in commissions in the previous calendar year, our Accountant will mail, and email your 1099 Form to the postal address and email address in your Account Profile. If you have not receive your 1099 Form by January 31st please contact us.

Your Email: 

We send hundreds of thousands of emails daily. All Autoresponder Campaign Emails are sent on a “first come – first served” basis. So, your campaign may still be in the Email Queue waiting to be sent. Please check your junk and spam folders. Also, make sure that you don’t have any email filters set in your email program that would prevent our emails from reaching you. Add TechSupport@LeadSystemAdmin.com and TechSupport@PricelessPossibilities.com to your Safe or Allowed Senders List in your email program so our emails can reach you. If you do not receive our emails, you will need to contact your ISP and ask them why they are not forwarding our emails to your email account. We can only guarantee to send your Autoresponder Campaign Emails from our email servers but we don’t have any control over any ISP’s spam filter rules or if any recipient has set rules inside their email program that would prevent delivery of our emails.

Always log into your KWA Account Admin Area https://KWAAdmin.com, then hover over “Help” in the NavBar (at the top of every Admin Area Page) and click on “Contact TechSupport Send Question to Support”. Please invest the time to go through all of the tabs, Instructional Videos, drop-down arrows and hyperlinks in the KWA Admin Area NavBar to familiarize yourself with the many features of your Marketing Platform.

Your Email: 

1) Go to the KWA Admin Area Login Page at https://www.KWAAdmin.com and click on “Forgot Your Username or Password? – Click Here” We recommend that create a Bookmark or Favorite for https://KWAAdmnin.com and set up your Internet Browser to auto-fill your Username and Password, or use a Password Manager Program.

Your Email: 

1) Log into the Kingdom Wealth Alliance Admin Area at https://KWAAdmin.com.
2) Hover over ‘Get Started’ in the NavBar (at the top of every Admin Area page) and clicked on ‘Companies Promoted’.
3) For example, if you are entering a Cashback World or Lyconet Link, select ‘Cashback World’ or ‘Lyconet’ from the list and enter your link in the field.
4) Click on ‘Show me how to link this’ next to your entry and click ‘Test URL’ to the right of ‘Link to a Company You Promote:’ to be sure that your webpage come up in the pop-up screen in the upper left corner of the page.

Your Email: 

You can check to see if your web pages are secure by entering the https:// version of your Domain and Sub-Domains into your browser Address Bar and then go to your web page. Then, double-click your mouse inside the Address Bar to expand the full address. If you see https:// in front of your Domain or Sub-Domain, or if you see a green or closed padlock to the left of where you enter any website address in the Address bar, you can be sure that your https:// Domain or Sub-Domain is secure. (Our System automatically converts HTTP to HTTPS when entering your HTTP Domain or Sub-Domain into any browser Address Bar.) If you have not done so already hover over “Websites/Domains” in the KWA Admin Area and click on “Secure Certificates/SSL”, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Next Step”, and on that page click your mouse inside the check-box next to any Sub-Domain you want to secure with HTTPS/SSL.

Your Email: 

We do not send a confirmation email notifying you when your Domain(s) and/or Sub-Domain(s) are secured. You are notified as to when your domain and sub-domains will be secure at the end of the purchase process. Your Domain is generally secured within minutes after making your purchase. NOTE: In very rare instances the HTTPS/SSL Vendor encounters technical issues with the setup of HTTPS and it could take up to 72 hours for your Domain to become secured so, do not be alarmed. Periodically check to see if your Domain(s) and/or Sub-Domain(s) are secure by entering the “HTTPS” version of your Domain(s) or Sub-Domain(s) into your Browser Address Bar.

NOTE: After purchasing HTTPS/SSL for your Domain, hover your mouse over “Websites/Domains” in the KWA Admin Area and click on “Secure Certificates (SSL)” under the Domains/Sub-Domains Header. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the drop-down arrow under “Show me https for this Domain” to bring up each Domain that you have purchased HTTPS/SSL for. Then, click your mouse inside any check-boxes next to any Sub-Domains you may have already created and click “Next Step”. Also, take notice of “Add a new Sub-Domain to this list” if you want to add additional Sub-Domains that you what secured with HTTPS/SSL.
